Miranda specialises in government relations and corporate communications. She has a strong working knowledge of the energy, tertiary education and retail sectors, and has extensive networks in Parliament. She is also very active in the Wellington performing arts scene, having chaired the Fringe Festival Board for several years and more latterly as a member of the Creative Capital Arts Trust Board.
Miranda joined BRG in early 2004 from an international public relations consultancy. She has a strong background in science, project management and research. She spent seven years at Massey University in a research and teaching role. Miranda has a BSc in Microbiology and Genetics, a Masters in Science specialising in Wine Microbiology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Administration (Management).
