Paul is Senior Counsel, Government Relations.
Previously Managing Director of BRG, his focus is now to support our government relations using his four decades of experience and wisdom.
He has an extensive knowledge of the workings of the House and the political process, including the development of public policy, the decision-making process and Parliamentary procedure.
His understanding comes from nearly 20 years working in the Parliamentary precinct in the offices of Cabinet Ministers in both Labour and National-led Governments. For seven years, Paul was senior private secretary to Prime Minister Rt Hon Jim Bolger.
