Evan Voyce – consultant
Evan Voyce has had a 35-year career in communications and policy in both the public and private sectors. He was a founding director of the Wellington public relations consultancy Logos (now Porter Novelli) before joining the public service. He worked in a variety of policy and communications roles, including policy and communications advisor to a senior Cabinet Minister, policy manager (health) in The Treasury’s Crown Company Monitoring Advisory Unit, chief executive of the Broadcasting Standards Authority, and communications director in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. In the latter role, Evan worked with other government agencies developing a wide range of public information programmes. He has a Bachelor’s degree in English literature and a Master’s degree in public policy.
