Miranda Clayton – consultant
Miranda Clayton has a background in both science and the arts. She was the manager of the Palmerston North Community Arts Council, responsible for project management, sponsorship, promotion, public relations, media management and marketing activities. Her hands-on experience in the community arts sector where adequate funding is often an issue, has developed Miranda’s talent for seeking out bright, innovative and cost-effective solutions to communications challenges. Miranda started her working career as a scientist, working for more than seven years at Massey University’s Palmerston North campus. She has a Bachelor’s degree in microbiology and genetics, a Master’s degree in wine microbiology and a post graduate diploma in business and administration.
